Having taken on a large renovation of a Grade II listed property in Arundel, we brought on board David Fuller of Fuller Associates, a local firm with lots of local knowledge to help us. We are very grateful for David’s advice while we planned what we wanted to do to our new home and for his help in gaining all the planning permission and building consents/warrants required. It was not a simple refurbishment and we ended up having to do a lot more work than originally thought to satisfy the planners but it would have been almost impossible and certainly a lot more stressful without David’s guidance and knowledge of conservation and planning requirements in the area. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and are thoroughly enjoying our new home.
