Coastal House
We converted a 1920’s house into a stunning New England style coastal home, collaborating with an interior designer and contractor.
Our brief was to significantly enlarge and refurbish what was a dated 1920’s house to create a spectacular ‘New England’ style coastal home. We worked closely with an interior designer and the client to carefully develop the interiors, and with a superb contractor we were able to oversee the completion of this spectacular property.
Contemporary Beach Style Family House
Our team designed a modern beach-style family home in East Preston, from concept to obtaining planning and building approvals, tendering process and project management.
We were tasked with designing this contemporary beach style house to create a family home in East Preston. After working through a comprehensive concept design phase, and subsequent detailed design stages of work, we went on to obtain planning permission, building regulations approval and assisted the client to appoint a Contractor.
Seafront House
We transformed a substantial house into a stunning New England style seafront house, overseeing design, approvals, and construction.
Having received a fundamental brief to completely alter the appearance and extend/alter an already substantial house, we proposed a ‘New England’ style range of finishes and detailing to suite the seafront location. We went on to design and obtain planning permission, private estate consent and building regulations approvals. Construction work to create this impressive seaside residence was completed in the summer of 2022.
New Traditional Dwelling
We redesigned and oversaw the construction of a large dwelling for a developer client, fusing traditional and modern elements.
Working for a developer Client, we re-designed this large new dwelling and oversaw its construction. The design amalgamates traditional appearance and materials externally with contemporary modern living spaces and detailing internally. The property was completed in the summer of 2020.
New England Style Seafront House

Water Tower House
We extended and refurbished a historical tower property, working closely with the local authority’s conservation officer to ensure sympathetic design.
After undertaking a feasibility exercise with the conservation officer at the local authority, we carefully designed extensions to sympathetically complement the original tower, and went on to complete the extensions and a full refurbishment of the property.
